To print Form CT-225-A, New York State Modifications:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    ,
    New York
    .
  2. In the
    Combined Report
     folder, select
    CT-225-A - Modifications
    .
  3. On either the
    Page 2
     tab or the
    Page 4
     tab, make sure there is an amount in column
    C Subtotal
     and column
    E Combined total
    .
  4. Do a full compute, then print.
