To print, calculate, or suppress Form CT-33 -A, Combined Insurance Franchise Tax Return.
  1. Select
    Organizer
    , then
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Select the
    Entity Information
     tab, then in the
    Return/Entity Type
     section, for
    Return Type
    , select
    1120L
    , and
    Entity Type
    Consolidation
    .
  3. To update, select the
    Return/Entity Type Conversion
     tab.
  4. Select
    Organizer
    , then
    States
    , then
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    .
  5. Select
    State and City Activation/Consolidation
    , then
    New York
     and for
    Column C
    , select
    Combine
    .
  6. Do a full recompute and then print.
