To print Form CD-419, Application for Corporate Income Tax Extension:

General Information
Basic Return Information

Go to the Return / Entity Type
section.

Select 1120S – U.S. Corporation
for Return type
.

Go to

Organizer
States
Common State

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Make sure North Carolina
is cleared in the Ext
column.

Go to

Tax Forms

North Carolina

Mark CD-419 – Extension
and CD-419 – Corporate Extension
.

Make sure the Total Income Tax Due
line contains an amount greater than 0.
