To print Form 40-EXT, Corporation Extension Payment Voucher:

Go to

Organizer
General Information
Basic Return Information

Go to the Return / Entity Type
section.

Select 1120 – U.S. Corporation
for Return Type
.

Select Corporate Single Entity
for Entity Type
.

Go to

Organizer
States
Common State

.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Make sure North Dakota
is cleared in the State Forms
and Ext
columns.

Go to

Tax forms
States
North Dakota

.

Select 40 – Corporation Income Tax Return
.

Select Yes
for Have a federal extension
.

Go to 40-EXT – Extension Payment Voucher
.

The amount on the Payment Amount
line must be greater than 0.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
