To print Form 40-UT, Underpayment of Estimated Income Tax by Corporations:

Go to

Organizer
General Information
Basic Return Information

Go to the Return / Entity Type
section.

Select 1120 – U.S. Corporation
for Return Type
.

Select Corporate Single Entity
for Entity Type
.

Go to

Organizer
States
Common State

.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Make sure North Dakota
is cleared in the State Forms
and Und of Est Tax
columns.

Go to

Organizer
States
North Dakota

.

Select Underpayment Options
.

In the Option to compute and print underpayment penalty
section, select an option to add penalty and print form.

Go to

Tax Forms
States
North Dakota

.

Select 40-UT – Underpayment of Est., N.D. Income
.

Make sure line 9
contains an amount.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
