, then Basic Return Information

Select the Entity Information
tab, then Return / Entity Type
.

Select the Entity Type
dropdown and select 1120S- S Corporation
.

You need to have at least 1 shareholder. In Organizer
, select Shareholder Information
, then Shareholder Data
.

In Shareholder Information
, select Add new Shareholder Information
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
, then the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Go to the
State Forms
column and clear the checkbox for North Dakota
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
