In Organizer
, select State and City activation
, then Ohio Cities

Select the checkbox to Activate Cincinnati

Select Organizer
, then States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
, then the Suppression SC-Cities
tab.

Clear the checkbox for
Cincinnati
.

Select Organizer
, then Cities
, then Cincinnati, OH
.

In Organizer
, select Return Options
, and make sure the form isn't suppressed in the Print Suppression
section.

Do a full recompute, then print.
