State and City Activation/Consolidation

Select Ohio Cities
and go to the Activate/Delete
section.

Select the Activate Ohio Generic Cities
option.

Make a selection for City Name
column and Type
column in the City Selection
section.

Go to

Organizer
Cities
Ohio Generic Cities, OH
Name of the City

.

Select Ohio Generic City Return
and update the information.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:

Go to

and Print Suppression
section mark the checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print.
