Form 504 print requirements

To print Form 504, Oklahoma Application for Extension of Time to File an Oklahoma Income Tax Return for Corporations, Partnerships and Fiduciaries:

Go to

Organizer
State
Common State

Then go to

Estimates and Extensions
Estimates and Extensions

Select the Extension
tab, then go to column A for Oklahoma
.

Ensure the On Extension
checkbox is marked in column B.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn’t print, check if it’s suppressed:

Go to

Organizer
State
Common State

Then go to

Print Options
Print Suppression

Go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Go to Oklahoma
and remove the checkmark in the Ext.
checkbox.

Do a full recompute, then print.
