Form 512 print requirements
To print Form 512, Oklahoma Corporation Income Tax Return:
- Go to .
- Go to theEntity Informationtab.
- Go to theReturn/Entity Typesection.
- Ensure theReturn typeis1120 – U.S. Corporation.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, check if it’s suppressed:
- Go to .
- Then go to .
- Go to theSuppression MD-RItab.
- Esure theState Formscheckbox isn't marked forOklahoma.
- Run a full compute and print the return.

Form 512, Page 6 appears blank when you view the print. The amounts don't represent the total amounts for the consolidated return. Instead, use this form to show the computations for the Member returns only at the topcon level. This form doesn't populate for the topcon in the
Tax Forms
tab. You can see the form populating for the member returns when you look at the printed return.
