Form BZT-V Return Payment print requirements
To print Form BZT-V Return Payment, Oregon City of Portland Business License Tax/Multnomah County Business Income Tax Payment Voucher and Instructions:
- Go to and selectOther Tax Payments.
- Ensure there is an amount populated for thePayment Amountline.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn't print, make sure it is not suppressed:
- Go to and selectPrint Suppression.
- Go to theSuppression SC-Citiestab. Make sure the checkboxes to suppressPortlandandMultnomahare cleared in theState Formscolumn.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
