To calculate and print the Rhode Island composite Form RI-1040C:

Nonresident members who wish to participate in the composite filing must fill out Form RI 1040C-NE and submit it to the entity providing their Rhode Island source income. The entity is required to retain all such election forms and make them available to the Rhode Island Division of Taxation when requested.
