Schedule K-1 print requirements
To print Schedule K-1, Rhode Island K Equivalent:
- InOrganizer, selectGeneral Information, thenBasic Return Information.
- Go to theReturn/Entity Typesection, then in theReturn typedropdown, select1120S – S Corporation.
- InOrganizer, selectShareholder Information, thenShareholder Data, then add a shareholder with aShareholder name.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
- InOrganizer, select .
- Select theSuppression MD-RItab, then go to theK-1 Equivcolumn and clear the checkbox forRhode Island.
- InOrganizer, select , then select the[shareholder name].
- Go to theShareholder Informationsection and clear the checkboxSuppress the print of Schedule K-1.
