To print the West Virginia form PTE-100APT, Allocation and Apportionment for Multistate Businesses:

Go to Organizer select States
, then
Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Select the Suppression
tab, then SC - Cities
.

On the State Forms
column, make sure the checkbox is clear for West Virginia
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
