File Form 5558, Extension for Employee Plan Return

Form 5558 can't be e-filed; it must be paper filed.
To complete Form 5558:
  1. Go to

    , and then
    Extension
    .
  2. Select what form you're extending and what filing instructions you want to print.
  3. Select who's filing the extension.
  4. Perform a full recompute and then print the extension and file.
