To enter information for the last deceased spouse:
Go to
Organizer
,
DSUE/Portability
, and then
Last Deceased Spouse/DSUE
. Information entered on this screen will carry the relevant information to Form 706, Page 2, Part 4, line 3b in the Prior Marriage section and also Form 706, Page 4, Part 6, Section D - Part 1 - DSUE Received from Last Deceased Spouse.
