Firm configuration
Only Firm Administrators can set the firm configuration.
Firm configuration consists of a set of options that determines things like general options, password restrictions, security thresholds, single sign-on, document management systems, and e-file notifications.

- Select each tab and choose the options for your firm.
- If you want your users to reset their own passwords, the Firm Administrator can set that option in theGeneral Optionspage.
- For e-file notifications, select the notification level.
- Firm: All notifications sent to a single email address.
- Account: Assign an email address to each account.
- Group: Notifications sent to the email address associated with a group.
- Locator: Notifications sent based on locator assignments.
- Send the e-file notification based on the status.
