Use the
Reports
option to create reports showing information about user activity and return activity within the application.Report | Navigation from Reports: | Description |

Federal or state usage | Federal/State Usage | This report shows you the usage of federal or state for a particular account. |
Locator history | Locator History | Use this report to see the history of returns created for a particular account. |
Group access | Group Access | The Group Access report shows information about a given group and its rights. |
Return list | List Returns | The Return List report shows all returns for a specific account, year, and tax type. |
User list | List Users | The User List report lists all users by location with optional groups and account rights. |
User login activity | Login Activity | The User List report lists all users by location with optional groups and account rights. |
Peak hours | Peak Hours | Peak Hours draws a graph of returns opened by hour of day, showing you when your users are most actively processing returns. Hover your mouse over the colored bars to display additional details. A return is counted once each hour of the day it is opened. |
Return activity by date | Return activity by date | The report shows the number of returns opened by date. A return is counted only once for each day it is opened. You can hover your mouse over the bars in the graph for more details. |
Return activity by type | Return activity by type report | The report shows the number of returns opened by tax type and the number of returns as a percentage of the total number of returns opened. Move your mouse over the bars in the graph for more details. |
Return statistics | Return statistics | The Return Statistics report shows the number of tax returns ever in RS by account and the current number of returns in RS. |
Tax defaults import date | Tax defaults import date | The Tax Defaults Import Date report shows the number of tax returns by account and the current number of returns. |
Time log | Time log | The Time Log report shows log entries for selected locators for a specific account, year, and tax type. |
Time log by user | Time log by user | The Time Log by User report shows log entries made by a selected user. |
Search by group, users, or returns | Search by group | Use this screen to search by group and create a return of users or returns for that group. |
