Follow these steps to resolve this reject.
- Go toOrganizer,Credits, thenClean Vehicle Credits – 8936.
- WithinClean Vehicle Detail, selectactivity.
- AnswerYesto Question 5.
- Go toPart II and II – Credit Amount for Business/Investment use….
- SelectYesfor the questionDid you acquire the vehicle for use or to lease to others, and not for resale?AnswerNoif you are leasing the vehicle from another person.

- If this question is answered as no, the credit won’t generate on Line 9, and subsequently, the amount on Part III, line 12 will be blank.
- For Parts II and III, answer only Question 5 and then the items under Part II. Leave 6 and 7 blank.
- For Part IV, answer only question 6 and then the items under Part IV. Leave 5 and 7 blank.
- For Part V, answer Questions 6 and 7 and then items under Part V. Leave 5 blank.
