In the
Reformat Individual Beneficiary Name
section, select the
Reformat Individual Beneficiary Name
hyperlink.
This lets the Beneficiary First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name transfer to the fields required for the e-file.
Perform a Full Recompute, then Recreate e-file.
