Error: The field AlphaRowId with value 0, data is missing

This validation error occurs when the AlphaRowId field on Schedule K-2 contains a number instead of letters. A missing description in Part II, Section 1 causes this issue.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    Federal
    Schedule K-2 - International Items
    Schedule K-2, Page 1, Parts I and II
    Part II, section 1 country detail hyperlink
    .
  2. Go to the end and look for the missing description warning or error.
  3. Enter the description.
  4. Run a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
