This occurs when the file name of a PDF attachment doesn't meet e-filing requirements.

An XML document that represents a binary attachment must have a valid reference to an attached file. (value, rule R0000-58-01)

The value in the error identifies the PDF attachment causing the rejection.

Select Attach PDF
and review your PDF attachments for the following e-file requirements:

Shorten the attachment name to 23 characters or less.

Remove any spaces from the name.

Remove any special characters from the name.

Delete and reattach any PDFs whose names you changed.

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
