This federal e-file reject occurs when Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) has the
ScheduleK3AttachedInd
 checkbox marked, but Schedule K-3 isn't attached.

  Error Message  	If Schedule K-1(Form 1065), ScheduleK3AttachedInd is checked, then Schedule K-3 (Form 1065), must be attached to Schedule K-1(Form 1065).

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    Partner Name
    Partner Information
    Partner Information tab
    .
  2. Go to the
    Attach Schedule K-3 to Schedule K-1 (Override)
     section.
  3. In the
    Partner (Override)
     column, select
    Not Attached
    .
  4. If you're using Direct K-1 Import, fix the import file and reimport it to the locator.
  5. If there are no partners under Schedule K-1, go to
    Tax Forms
    Federal
    Direct K-1 Import
    DK-1 Partner Review
    DK-1 to Partner Information
    .
  6. Add partners so they generate Schedule K-1s. Then complete the preceding steps.
  7. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
