Error: Suppress the extension

You'll get this diagnostic if the print option for the federal extension isn't suppressed.

Error message

Federal 1065 MeF: In order to E-File Form 1065, you must suppress the print option for the Federal Extension and enable the return branch of E-filing.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Extension Information
    .
  2. Go to the
    Print Options
     section and mark the
    Return is on extension, suppress Form 7004 print
     checkbox.
