E-file diagnostic: AL E-File - AL 65 and PTEC

AL E-File - AL 65 and PTEC: According to AL e-file specifications, General Partner's phone number, and date signed must be present. Go to: Organizer > States > Common State > General Information > Basic Return Information > Signature Information tab
This happens when the General Partner's phone number and the date signed are missing from the required fields.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    , then the
    Common State
     folder.
  2. Select
    General Information
    , then the
    Basic Return Information
     folder.
  3. In the
    Signature Information
     tab, go to
    Alabama
    , then
    Column I
     and
    Column K
    .
  4. Enter
    SSN
     and
    Signature date
     for
    AL
     and
    AL PPT
    .
  5. Do a full compute and recreate the e-file.
