E-file diagnostic: General Partner's phone number, and date signed must be present

AL E-File - Form PPT: According to AL e-file specifications, General Partner's phone number, and date signed must be present. Go to: Organizer > States > Common State > General Information > Basic Return Information > Signature Information tab
This happens when the signature information is missing.

Solution

  1. Select
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    , then the
    Common State
     folder.
  2. Under
    General Information
    , select with
    Basic Return Information
    .
  3. Locate the
    Signature Information
     tab and look for columns I and K for Alabama.
  4. Enter SSN and Signature date under AL and AL PPT.
  5. Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
