Solution 1
- Go toTax Forms,States,Alabama,Composite Return, thenPTE-C, Page 3.
- SelectPartner Details. Remove the overrides on Line E.
- Do a full recompute, recreate the e-file, and resubmit.
Solution 2
- Per Alabama Instructions:If a Nonresident Owner/Shareholder has a LOSS, do not include him/her on Form PTE-C unless the loss is used to offset guaranteed payment(s). It means only partners with positive income on Column (G) Total Income will print on this form.
- Go toTax Forms,States,Alabama, thenSch K-1.
- All partners need to have a positive amount orNONEentered on Part III Line G and Line M.
- Do a full recompute, recreate the e-file, and resubmit.

- Go toOrganizer,Partner Information,Partner by Partner Data,Columnar Partner Entry, then thePartner's State Compositetab.
- EnterXfor partners.
- Do a full recompute, recreate the e-file, and resubmit.

- Go toTax Forms,States,Alabama,Composite Return,PTE-C, Page 3, thenPTE-CK1, Page 1.
- SelectPartner Details.
- All partners should have an amount on line G. If partners don't have an amount on line G, don't include them in the composite.

- Go toTax Forms,States,Alabama,Sch K-1, thenPartners.
- If a partner doesn't have income from AL K-1, don't include them in the composite.
Solution 6
- Go toTax Forms,States,Alabama,Composite Return,PTE-C, Page 3, thenPTE-CK1, Page 1.
- SelectPartner Details.
- Negative amounts should not be included and each partner's Total income Amount needs to be 5% only.
- In Column H,Member's Tax Dueneeds to equal the product Column G, Total Income Amount multiplied by 5%. Or if Column G, Total Income Amount, is less than or equal to zero, then Column H, Member's Tax Due needs to equal zero.
- All partners should have an amount on line G. If partners don't have an amount on line G, don't include them in the composite. Non Composite or Non Resident partners should have no amounts on Line G.

- Go toOrganizer,States,Alabama,Composite Return, then theComposite Returntab.
- Go to the K-1 Aggregation or Import Use Only section.
- Populate the total from the Partner income (Column E) from the Attached File.
- Do a full recompute, recreate the e-file, and resubmit.
