This error occurs when California Form 568, Side 1 Total Assets at End of Year is blank and doesn't meet the exception criteria.

F568-068: Form 568, Side 1 Total Assets at EOY must have data unless Side 2 Line W is checked "No" and Line K is equal to or less than "10"
