Schedule K-1,Partner First and Last Name: Please push button under Organizer Federal Partner Information Partner by Partner Data Common Partner information Reformat Individual Partner's Name push the button is called "Automatically Reformat all Individual Partner's Name", then Full recompute and re-create E-filing

Solution 1: Reformat individual partners

Go to
Organizer
Partner Information
Partner by Partner Data
Columnar Partner Entry
Reformat Partner Name for State Purpose tab
.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.

Partners need a
Partner Number
entered for the automatic reformat process to work.

Solution 2: Manually reformat partner names

Go to
Organizer
Partner Information
Partner by Partner Data
[Partner Name]
Partner Information
Reformat Partner Name for State Purpose tab
.
Go to the
Override or Imported or Rolled Over - Partner Name
section and enter their first and last name.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
