CT014-MeF-Part e-file error

This error occurs when Connecticut Form CT-1065 Part III contains duplicate member numbers. Each member must have a unique member number.

Error message

1065 Connecticut * CT014-MeF-Part (Part 3): Within CT-1065, Part III, there is a duplicate member number. Each member must have a unique member number, that cannot be repeated.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Connecticut
    E-file
    Attachments
    K-1 Aggregation
    Summary
    .
  2. Review the aggregation files and make sure no 2 partners have the same partner number or SSN/EIN number.
  3. Once corrected, re-attach the aggregation file.
  4. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
