This error occurs when required information is missing from the Florida XML.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    Paid Preparer Information
    Firm Information Tab
    .
  2. Complete the entire page if needed.
  3. If you don't need this information in your return, mark the
    Suppress Paid Preparer Information
     checkbox in
    Column B
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
