ILHeader-Corp-3700-2 e-file error
1065 Illinois ILHeader-Corp-3700-2: If preparer name is present and preparer is not self-employed, then preparer's signature date, PTIN, preparer firm's name and EIN, preparer's US address or foreign address, and preparer's domestic or foreign phone must be provided. Navigate to Organizer \ States \ Common States \ General Information \ Paid Preparer Information \ Preparer Information tab, complete this section.
You'll receive this message if the signature date and email are missing in the Preparer Information tab.
Solution
- Go to .
- SelectGeneral Information, thenPaid Preparer Information.
- Select thePreparer informationtab.
- Enter the email inColumn Gand the signature date inColumn H.
- Do a full recompute then recreate the e-file.
