SIT-65RECAP-003 e-file error

*SIT-65RECAP-003: Indiana Federal Recap Taxes and License total does not match the sum of Taxes and License details. Please check organizer \ Ordinary income and Deductions \ Deduction summary \ Deductions Detail. Make sure there is an amount on the first line item. Maximum detail items allowed for Taxes and License entries is limited to 20.
This happens when Federal Form 1065-US Partnership Return of Income Page 1 Line 14 Taxes and Licenses total doesn’t match Taxes and License Detail.

    Deductions Summary
    Taxes and Licenses
    , then enter an amount.
  4. Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
