Solution

  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    ,
    States
    ,
    Iowa
    , I
    A 4562A
    , then
    IA 4562A pg 2
    .
  2. Go to the Part III line 5 section and enter
    NONE
     or the amount.
  3. Do a full recompute, recreate the e-file, then resubmit.
