Solution

Kansas changed its e-file schema for Tax Year 2024. Previously, the Kansas Operations field accepted Y/N. Now it requires 'X' for yes or a blank field for no.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Kansas
    Pass-through Sch
    or
    Organizer
    States
    Kansas
    QSUB/Disregarded Entity
    .
  2. In the
    Kansas Operations
    field, replace
    Y
    with
    X
    . If the field shows
    N
    , clear it instead.
  3. Run a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
