This happens when Schedule A, Part I, line 11 doesn't equal the sum of lines 4, 7, and 10.

Error message

SA-0007: Schedule A, Part I, line 11 should be equal to the sum of lines 4, 7, and 10.

Solution

  1. Go to

    Sch A - Apportionment and Allocation
    Schedule A, Page 1
    Part 1
    .
  2. Verify that line 11 is populated.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Kentucky
    General Information
    .
  4. Select an option other than
    Not applicable
     under
    Provider 3-Factor Apportionment Code
    .
  5. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
