FINTRAN-98190-030 e-file error

This error occurs when the ACH payment date for a Maryland 1065 return filed after the due date is later than the current filing date.

Error Message For returns filed after the due date, the ACH settlement date cannot exceed the current date.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    Bank Information
    Direct Debit tab
    .
  2. In the Maryland row, go to the
    Date Amount to be Debited
     Column G.
  3. Change the date so it doesn't exceed the date you're e-filing. If filing today, enter today's date.
  4. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
