F3-007 e-file error
This error occurs when Massachusetts Form 3, Line 46 (Massachusetts Apportionment Percentage) calculates incorrectly for 1065 returns.

Solution
Divide Line 45 by the number of times each factor is used to get Line 46. Line 45 includes the factors from Lines 42d, 43b, and 44f, with the sales factor counted twice.
For example, if all 3 factors exist (Lines 42d, 43b, and 44f), Line 46 equals Line 45 divided by 4.
If no apportionment factors exist, don’t populate any amounts, or enter NONE on Line 46.

- Run a full recompute.
- Recreate the e-file.

note
If an apportionment factor is inapplicable, divide by the number of times each applicable factor is used. For example, if only the sales and payroll factors are used, divide by 3 instead of 4 because the sales factor is double-weighted.
