This commonly happens when you have indicated the Forms Included in e-file are for Support Use Only.

In Organizer
, select the

States
New Mexico
E-file

folder.

Select Forms Included in E-file
, then clear the Support use only
checkbox.

Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
