Solution
- In Organizer select,States,Common State, thenGeneral information.
- Go toBasic Return Information, thenFiling Statustab.
- ForNew York, Column B (Partnership Type) use the dropdown and select an option.

To select Regular Partnership line 15 you'll need be 1 million or greater. This can be determined by going to

, IT-204-LL
and select New York
filing fee worksheet link.
