NCFIN-1060 e-file error
This error happens during North Carolina 1065 extension e-filing when payment contact information is missing, or when overrides on Form D-410P Lines 1 and 2 cause a mismatch between the calculated balance due and the bank information payment amount.

NCFIN-1060: [Financial] Payment contact name and phone number must be provided
Solution
The application can't process payments for a North Carolina extension, so you must pay through the state website:
- Go to . Clear the authorization checkbox.
- Run a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
- Pay the balance due directly through the state:
- Visit ncdor.gov's e-file resources page, or
- Pay online by bank draft or debit/credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at www.dornc.com under Electronic Services
