Error: Field ‘RoutingTransitNumber’ with value '0', data is missing
This error occurs when bank information is populated for an Ohio 4708 or IT 1140 e-file but no payment is due.

Solution
- Go to tab.
- Remove the amount to be debited from the bank information.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
