You need to complete Form 514, Part 5.
Solution
Per Oklahoma instructions, you'll need to complete Form 514, Part 5. Since we don't separately state Oklahoma information on the federal Schedule K-1, a federal attachment isn't sufficient.
You need to either generate partner information within the return to populate Form 514, Page 4, Part 5, or use a K-1 aggregation file, with the OK 514, Part 5 partner data populated within the e-file.
- Go toOrganizer,Statesand selectOklahoma.
- Go toE-File,Attachments,K-1 Aggregationand selectSummary.
- IfSuppress partner information for 514, Part 5has been suppressed, you need to attach a K-1 aggregation file namedForm514Part5.pdf.
- Otherwise unselect that checkbox and make sure the partner data is entered and populating on OK 514, Page 4, Part 5.
- Perform a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
