0037 e-file error
* 0037: Oregon partnership return was filed. Oregon Schedule OR-AP is missing. The Schedule OR-AP is required when ReturnDataState InandOutofStateActivitityInd is true
This happens when in and out of state activity is true but there is no amounts for state allocation and apportionment for Oregon.
