65_18_106 e-file error

You get this error when Schedule J, Page 1 contains NONE values for apportionment factor items. The system treats these NONE entries as actual values, which changes the total number of factors used in the calculation and triggers a mismatch on line 9.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Tax Forms

    Utah
    Sch J
    Sch J, Page 1
    .
  2. Remove any NONE entries from the apportionment factor items.
  3. Run a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
