Error: Federal e-file validation not processed

When creating a 1120 Federal e-file, you may receive a message that validation isn't processed. Reset the e-file settings to resolve this issue.

1120 Federal XML electronic filing is incomplete due to errors. Validation is not processed.

Go to

Organizer
Federal E-file
Enable

.

Uncheck Enable federal e-file
.

Recompute the return.

Check Enable federal e-file
again.

note

If you also have a federal extension e-file enabled, disable it first:

Go to

Organizer
Federal E-file Extension
Enable Extension

.

Uncheck Enable federal extension e-file
.

Perform a full recompute.

Then complete the steps above to reset the federal e-file settings.

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
