Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Bank Information
    .
  2. Select the
    Return
     tab.
  3. In the Direct Deposit section, select
    Suppress direct deposit on the refund return
    .
  4. Perform a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
