AZ2061 e-file error

This error occurs when Arizona Form 120, Page 1, Line 14 contains a value but the required NOLSch PDF attachment is missing.

Description: If Line 14 contains a value larger than zero, attach a Line 14 computation schedule PDF titled 'NOLSch'. To attach a PDF: Please go to Edit Insert e-file Attachments or go to Organizer States Arizona E-file Attachments PDF Summary Attach PDF.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Arizona
    120 - Tax Return
    120 Page 1
    .
  2. If Line 14 contains an amount, create a PDF with supporting detail for the amount.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Arizona
    E-file
    Attachments
    Summary
    Attach PDF
    .
  4. Attach the supporting detail PDF using the case-sensitive file name
    NOLSch.pdf
    .
  5. Perform a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
note
If Line 14 is populated with NONE, use a spacebar override to clear NONE and leave the line blank.
