AZ2077 e-file error

If Line D5 contains a value other than zero or null, attach a Line D5 Schedule
PDF titled 'OtherIncomeLossAZ'. To attach a PDF: Please go to Edit Insert e-file Attachments or go to Organizer States
Arizona E-file Attachments PDF Summary Attach PDF
This happens when other income losses have a value and a required attachment is missing.

Solution

  1. In Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    Arizona
    .
  2. Select
    E-file
    , then
    Attachments
    , then
    Summary
    .
  3. Attach the PDF titled
    OtherIncomeLoss
    .
  4. Attach the PDF titled
    OtherIncomeLossAZ
    .
  5. Perform a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
