Solution

The CorpNM field only accepts these characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, hash (#), hyphen (-), parentheses, ampersand (&), apostrophe ('), and single spaces. Remove any commas, periods, or other special characters from the corporation name.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    Address tab
    .
  2. In Column B for Arizona, remove all special characters such as commas, periods, and dashes from the name field.
  3. Run a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
note
If you are working in a consolidated return, you will need to remove the special characters from all lower members as well.
